As a human resources professional with over 14 years supporting companies both small and large, my expertise lends itself to the areas of Talent Management, Employee Relations and Project Management.  I had the good fortune of spending the majority of my time building and managing my organizations' internship and co-op programs.  While I saw immense success from people managers and students at my companies, I couldn't help but notice a greater need to help organizations that did not have the framework to produce similar results. It was because of this that Castel Consulting Group was formed.
